  1. Fresh Start!!

    YAAAAYYYY!!!! ..I'm starting fresh...I just posted my B4 pics at Star's Rawbie Room on snapfish;) ...It's a scary sight..so check me out at your own eye's risk ;) ...

  2. Day one again!

    Alright, so I have no reasons not to eat raw now, so here I go!
    I'm craving bread like mad right now but I have the most awesome luscious raspberries from grandmas garden in the fridge at work right now.... gotta go get some. I ate probably 2 quarts of them this morning, then some green juice (with dandelion in fact!) at my dad's house, a few mac nuts, and unfortunately, some weird coffee extract that made me really tired (I'm backwards). I just wanted to try it because my stepmom is a raw ...

  3. The Day Before Raw

    Wow just read this entry dated June...so much has happened in the course of time since than, I moved out of my grandmas with friends, and August I meant this amazing guy who I now live with, and although everything is still not perfect, scratch that, I keep forgetting there is no such thing. But I continue to tell myself that If I could just be thin again just 20lbs, just 30 no! 40 everything would be perfect. So Im still bulimic buts its gotten better I know one day it will all just be a memory... ...

  4. Saturday...gulp, gulp, gulp!

    Okay, a practical blog today. I think that maybe, just maybe, some of my remaining issues may be h2o related. When I think about what I wanted from this (going raw) it breaks down like this
    1. Get my eating, or lack there of, under control.
    CHECK! I've been eating good, healthy food for 23 days now! No starving!
    2. Eliminate toxic, processed, cooked foods.
    CHECK! I've eaten only fresh, soaked or sprouted fruits, vegis, seeds, nuts and sprouts for those 23 days! ...

  5. Non-Accidental Bread

    Today's food so far:

    Smoothie (Almond milk, peach, strawberry)

    Dried fruit leather pieces

    Heirloom tomato/basil/olive oil salad

    1/2 orange

    I feel like I'm eating too much fruit. its certainly the easiest "grab and go" food I have...

    Oh yes, the non-accidental bread: I took a teeny piece of whole wheat sourdough to mop up the leftover olive oil and tomato juice and it tasted GOOD!
