  1. Opps! Is it ok to burn the house down...?

    So after 10 weeks of not cooking too terribly much... i must have COMPLETELY LOST MY MEMORY ON HOW TO!!!!

    Tonight while i was making dinner for the rest of the vegan family (you can read all about that in my previous blogs) I made some major misktakes!!
    Tonight they had "hamburger helper."

    I was making the sauce and thought i was done
    ... but it turns out...
    It WASN'T done!!!!

    The sauce requires butter, salt, garlic powder, ...

  2. Raw on Weekdays?

    Ok, so week one raw is down, and I'm eight pounds lighter! I've heard of people who do raw Mon-Fri and eat whatever they want on Sat and Sun...in moderation of course. They haven't experienced difficulty with staying raw throughout the week. I wonder if I should try this... Are there still benefits to eating like that?

  3. Yesterday

    So..ladies here's my report from yesterday..I did pretty well...

    Woke up..and did my oil pulling..then drank my OJ+GSE...then made my first green smoothie...then had a Dr. Pepper while I saw Fantastic Four...then I had my second green smoothie..then I kinda caved...late at night always gets me ..I had chips and candy and two Dr. Peppers...

    But today I'm determined to stick with just Smoothies and Dr. P.

    But I am going to go get some Hemp protein

  4. I'm Baaack! Back in the saddle again.

    Day 1 again!!
    Just spent three hours in the kitchen. Made carrot pecan burgers, blueberry pie, mock salmon pate and rawkin green lemonade.I took Starfire's advice and went back to read Alissa's pages on staying on track. It is my life!!! I should not get sooo influenced by others. I have all the tools to succeed. I just need to be prepared. That's where I get into trouble.

    well, i go to pick up my bf at that airport here shortly....
    i think 2 good things will happen:
    i think i will get used to getting up at 5am to exercise because he wants to get up at 5 and run so i can do my pilates while he is gone
    and i think i will be able to get my eating down to about 12-1400 calories, a more comfortable range for me. even tho i have been avg about 1700 or so, and am losing on that,i know my body and i know i am much more comfortable a little bit lower. ...
