    Not feeling as well today. Probably because I have been skipping the green smoothie and eating too many nuts. Anyway, it good to remain raw. There are so many rawlicious fresh fruits and vegetable in season right now.

    I read all your responses and just started crying. I know that sounds silly - but that whole ordeal was so trying for me... I don't want to go back to how I was b4 I found the raw lifestyle.   3. Okay, I can adapt...

    Well... I'm making consessions. I can still do the green smoothies in the a.m. (for a while anyway! Thank goodness for cheap collard greens!) For lunch I'm having pumpkin seeds, ground flax seeds with some honey and, here's my consession... beans and brown rice. Although it's not optimal, it will get me by during this time. I did this yesterday and felt pretty good. After dinner I didn't feel so bad, just a bit heavy. My tummy growled at me like "Hey, whatcha doin' here???" But ...

    Well ladies..I am finally feeling better ...still a little congestion..but no more topsy turvsey nonsense ...well definately didn't stay raw during that hellish experience..guess I'm not as strong os our RAWkin Xena Star...maybe that's what I need..an alter-superhero-ego ...hhhmmm..who shall I be ...my fav. has always been Catwoman...tho she's more of a back and forth superhero/villan...HA..she is best..cuz I'm back and forth too(RAW);) ...

  5. In under 5 months my cholesterol is down!

    Hey all you rawbies,
    I am on day 149, just 11 days from 5 months. I had my cholesterol checked in January and it was 199. I went on Tuesday this week and it is 161! Down 38!
    I like it, I like it a lot I am getting the results next week on my B12, iron etc.
    Everything else looked great! My Doc is supportive yet a bit skeptical about this "raw food stuff". He wants to make sure I don't lose to much weight. (what a problem to have!) I am feeling great, seeing ...
