  1. begin again....

    So, it's been a couple years! This summer I did juice fast a few times, once for 10 days and it was great. Other then that I have been eating vegetarian, mostly home cooked food, but I do like to bake and it shows!

    I am so ready to inprove my health and lose weight!! I'm just done! I feel like I hate food, I get hungry,eat, and then feel icky. I am so sensitive to foods, yet I still go overboard and eat to much!!!

    Truly, I want to do a long juice fast, but I'm not sure ...

  2. 11-27-10

    Day two of raw breakfast. :) Small steps toward the goal. Tomorrow, I'm trying for all day. I want to have this back again. 100% raw. I need it.
    So, I press on. Doing my best. For that is all I can do.

  3. Gearing up for the December challenge

    Can't wait for it. I'm going to plan out next weeks meals....ready for doing this next month right, as the month of November totally stunk as far as raw eating goes.

    I want to make some sunflower seed cheese and some type of spinach/onion dip for dipping veggies or as salad dressing.....mmmmm.

    Not sure what else, except I KNOW I have to make some new desserts.....I have a sweet tooth and it needs to be fed along with the rest of me.;)

  4. 3 MIN TiL RAW vegan transition day #1

    Setting a goal to participate in the Dec 30 day challenge. Using the next day to transition and get in the habit of documenting intake.

    Still got a lot more I want to do in life and it can't happen with thisn level of fatigue and obesity. Need this change. Need it to work for me. Need to improve my physical quality of life.

    if memory serves correct, RAW feels good by day 4 I am usually blissed out and buzzing. Oh and the sleep while less is so so heavy and sweet.
