  1. Can't sleep...

    I don't know if it's because I'm anxious to go back to school tomorrow, but I just cannot sleep. I think I'm just excited. And I think another reason might be that I can't stop going to the bathroom. I'm definitely making up for yesterday when I didn't go at all.

    I'm also wondering...when am I ever gonna go into detox? Although it's only been 4 days of 100% raw, I've been pretty high raw for at least 3-4 weeks now. I'm thinking because I ate a large amount of fruit and veggies

  2. All Raw

    I was all raw today. :) I had my morning smoothie, then my morning greens, flaxseed crackers and guacamole for lunch, cantalope, blueberries, and raw vegan ice cream for dinner. It's the best I've ever had. It's even better than regular ice cream. Go to www.tomberlies.com and look at all their flavors. They are sooooo delicious!   3. Taking the leap

    I finally took the leap. I decided a couple days ago to really go for the 100% raw for 30 days and see what happens. I decided this after looking back and realizing that many of the symptoms that had completely disppeared when I was 100% raw have returned-slightly or not- since I have added even a little cooked food.   4. End of Day #4!

    Boy, did I just have the best tomatoes EVER!! I had made a salad at Whole Foods to eat for dinner, and when my dad got home from work, he had brought some huge tomatoes that he bought at the farm stand down the road. SOO GOOD! I had two of them! Hahaha and they were huuuuuge! And so juicy! Oh my god, I was in heaven!

    But besides that, now I'm kind of craving something fatty I just had a spoonful of almond butter, but that didn't really do it for me! I don't know

  5. Spitting it out....(embarassed)

    Ok, well it's basically Day 3 and I did have a moment of weakness this morning when I had a few Ryvita (whole wheat) crackers. I actually don't know why I had them or why I slathered on the fruit spread and non raw almond butter (dumb move!). I had a lot of herbal tea after and I am basically going to take it easy for the rest of the day so that I can flush my system.

    Have one other thing that happened to me yesterday night which I feel embarrased about admitting. I got super stressed ...
