  1. Hellooooooo!

    I really should have been keeping up on my journal. So, lets see:

    I have maintained my weight loss which has been fantastic. I have been doing mostly green smoothies, and eating veggies, nuts, seeds, lara bars (on the run) to supplement. My green smoothies are usually spinach, kale or swiss chard with whatever fruit I can find- mangos, cherries, blueberries, peaches, bananas...Mmmmm :) The bulk of my diet is green smoothies and I have to say I haven't felt this good in a long time. ...

  3. Inaia's Life Transformation!!! Full Force Now

    I've stayed raw 100% since I last posted. Feeling good. Losing some weight. I had gained just a couple lbs when I added some cooked food and now that it's gone, the lbs are leaving too. Yey!

    Getting ready to go to the gym in a while and then come back and do my schoolwork before getting ready for work tonight.

  4. no... no physical side affects or reactions..

    Ummmm... NOoooooo.... there were no physical side affects... no illness .... no growing of chicken feathers... but for some reason I'm having a really bad hair day .... I figured it was just detox.... why ??? is there something wrong?? Why do you ask ???

    Problem is rawbies... I seriously need to fix myself some food. I've been wing'ing it... (no pun intended!)... on water, an occassional salad, more water... more salad... that stupid papaya.... blehhh... and ...

  5. 12th day

    Juice, green smoothie, grapes, durian, cucumbers, bananas, apple.
    After I ate durian I am not feeling great- thirsty, gassy, etc. Far some reason even small amount of fat does not agree with me - should I just eliminate all concentrated fat sources for a while? I know that even cucumber and lettuce have good amount of fat, but this kind of diluted fat does not bother my digestion at all.
    Maybe I will experiment for a few days with just fruits and veggies.
