    Day 16

    TGIF!!! and bring on the long weekend!!! what a wonderful feeling to have an extra day off. I was up at 3:30am again this morning..work early. I actually prefer to work that way, then I have the rest of the afternoon to do what I need and relax in the later hours...i despise working late

    Lets go back 16 days, that early morning without a strong cup of coffee and another round in the afternoon would have been my reliance to stay half energized... ...

  2. Thoughts and Goals for September challange

    Hi all!!!

    I thought I'd post the goals for the month of September in my Journal. Before I do that I must say that Raw has definitley changed my life even with a few slip ups. So far I feel better on a consistant basis which is nice, I've also been experiencing what I beleive to be detox but it's nothing like the pain I use to be in.

    I'm so glad I found a Raw it happened by mistake but I'm glad it happened.

  3. Aiming for raw September

    Hi!

    This week has been not great. My dh is out of town for 5 days and I always stay up way too late when he's gone and then I'm tired and I eat bad SAD food. I even had meat today... ??? What in the world?

    Of course, I feel sluggish and bloated. I know I will feel this way if I eat SAD (even including fast food - gasp!), but I do it anyway... WHY?

    Anyway, tomorrow is September 1st and I am aiming for 100% raw until September 27th. My husband and ...

  4. Day 5

    okay, here it is... day 5

    this morning I was super super hungry, so I made my smoothie really really thick. It took me 2 hours to suck that down!! yay!!!

    at break i snarfed on some grapes. I wasn't that hungry at all but since I'm on the phones all day it's hard to eat between calls.

    lunch is right now. I'm having the last 1/4 of the big ol' watermelon. it's superb.
    Except I'm just not hungry for it. I'm still eating it hoping the craving will ...

  5. Day 4

    Well yesterday was excellent. 100% raw.
    I had a smoothie for breakfast, snack, smoothie for lunch, snack, then took 1/4 of a big watermelon to school with me to eat when I got there. Felt weird to eat big ol' thing of water melon while at school...
    anyway, when I got home I had a couple strawberries.

    i don't have much else to report on yesterday, day 4.
