    oh so i didnt mention
    i work at pinkberry now. trendy upscale frozen yogurt chain in venice. its a lot easier than great wraps and i get as much free fruit as i want cause the boss doesnt care. its pretty chill. my first paycheck was smaller than expected. whateva

    i keep going on and off raw, for the past week or so i guess. im not worrying about it, ive had some pretty bad days but i think im over it now.

    i had a persistent yeast infection, and some bloating ...

    in the 'D'
    2 shelves of tomatoes (for my wintertime marinaras)
    2 shelves kale chips
    1 shelf pumpkin seeds w/ wasabe powder

    the pumpkin around those seeds made a wonderful raw pie for a potluck.
    i have a dozen more in the pumpkins garden.
    perfect little 1 pie each, pumpkins.


    i bought a beautiful 1/2 gal rubber ring ball jar to store the dried tomatoes.
    i think it will look great.

  3. Sept - Day 10

    Hello all!!!

    I'm back from Vacation it went way to fast. I hate to report but I ate mostly Vegan the whole time but I'm not downing myself I'm getting right back on track. I guess I can never say never about having a slip up, but I'm glad I stayed vegan despite the fact that my friends where eating some really good smelling foods that I could not eat but my husband and I are glad to have stood our ground on being Vegan.     For breakfast I had some kohlrabi slices and an avocado. Then I made the ravioli recipe from the website. It was delicious, but even though I made half the amount of cheese, it was alot of cheese.

    I stuffed two turnip's worth of ravioly, not very big those turnips but big enough for mini raviolis. There was so much cheese left over I am saving it and the rest of the sauce for tomorrow.

    It was so filling..

    Next time I'll only add 2 dates to the sauce, ...

    i made it for breakfast this morning, it brings back memories

    the trick is to use overripe bananas and to cut them before you freeze them so they need less processing. that way they dont melt as much and stay in ice cream mode longer. yes!

    1c frozen nanas
    1tsp cinammon
    few tbsp water (ben says not to add water but i dont think it matters much)

    put it all in a foodprocessor ...
