  1. Day 6 ~ 9/14/07

    Not too much new going on here!

    It's cold outside and I'm having a glass of tea to warm myself up (that makes me 99.9999999.....% raw)

    I'm feeling kinda fat today - so I avoided the scale as long as possible.....then I stepped on...... .....yup it was up, but you know what???? - that's O.K. - because I know I'm doing the right thing and finally following my hunger and letting my body tell me what it wants. ;)

  2. It's been a while...

    Sorry I haven't posted recently. I've been extremely busy with school. So busy that I didn't even celebrate my one month of raw. Oops! Today is day #34. I can't believe I haven't eaten fish or chicken in over a month. I really miss it. Not all that fried, crappy stuff, but just a nice piece of grilled salmon filet or chicken breast--with a nice peach salsa or strawberry avocado salsa--I was quite the experimenter in the kitchen this summer. I miss cooking. A lot.

  3. new body emerging

    i recently went down like 5 lbs and now im hovering around 119-120. i feel like im almost at my weight loss goal. i just want to lose a little more fat on my midsection so i dont have little rolls when i sit/bend over and i want my face to slim down some more so its not so round. i also want my cheekbones to be more prominent and my jawline to be sharper and more refined. im so excited to finally be there!

  4. Omg it's been a week! - review

    Time flies when you're having fun!

    To start with what I'll call my 'weekly review', I'll say how I feel right now:

    I'm having issues with bloat and feeling very full after eating meals that are way lighter than the stuff I'd eat cooked. I eat until I feel like I'm satisfied, unless something is too scrumptious or special I tend not ot overeat at all.

    I'm hoping this will pass over time.

    Breakfast was a spinach, apple, lemon and date smoothie.

    Lunch was some bananna, apple amd orange pieces with half a cup of plain yogurt and xylitol.

    Snack: some broccoli and turnip slices with sunflower cheese.

    Dinner: half an avocado maki roll, this time used ground turnip 'rice' instead of almond, half a green smoothie with spinach, apple, a date, water, lemon juice and xylitol. - I definately have to get more apples and spinach.
