    Breakfast, spinach and apple smoothie

    Lunch, guacamole, nut meat and veggie wraps. Cabbage leaves when slightly wilted make awesome wraps! I'm considering red cabbage to get less bite.

    Yes, I am still here......but way in the back, perhaps with a trenchcoat and hat on.
    Well I think it's been a good month or so since I posted and I have concluded, once again, that being SAD is a terrible thing.
    I am going to explain my issues, so that in hopes of remembering them in full detail next time, I read somewhere that is a good thing to do.
    So right now I am dealing with major acne, major acne.

  5. getting colder, more fat

    I think now that its getting colder, im going to slowly up my fat intake (more coconut, coconut oil and avocados). last winter my skin got so horribly dry and rough from the cold air and i want it to stay nice and soft. of course moisturizing with coconut oil daily will help too.
