  1. Son of a Son of a Sailor Salad

    I love my hubby! When Gabriella got up at 7:30, he got up with her, stuck her in the stroller and ran to the park with her, let her play and then ran home. In the meantime, I got to sleep in and take a shower and make a smoothie (banana, almond butter, blueberries, raspberries) all by myself. It was so sweet!

    We drove out to Sanibel Island this afternoon (stopped at Starbucks on the way there and got a venti passion tea...DH had a chai creme frappacino )and went to the J.Ding ...

  2. Tomorrow is day NUMBER 1!!!!

    Well, tomorrow is day number 1 on my first thirty day challenge. I am looking forward to it and also dreading that craving for a chicken biscuit with cheese when I wake up in the morning. Also am hoping that I can hold of on that biscuit. I am ready to feel better about myself and ready to be a better example to my daughter (and also be able to keep up with my family). I plan on getting my Phd next fall and know that it would be so much easier for me to have all my weight issues figured out. Also ...

  3. Another Go!

    Ok, so I want to try this again. I was 100% raw for about a month, about 4 days short of a month, and then I messed up . I tried going back to 100% raw, with no success though. I have been able to keep raw for breakfast and lunch. It's dinner that's the most difficult for me.

    I really want to go 100% though, I ate cooked because I saw no weight loss when 100%. However, it hadn't even been a month. I was too impatient. It's just that, I felt as though I was making such a drastic

  4. Just Steppin' in!

    Hi, Everyone!

    I'm just steppin' in to the raw food world and in to blogging, so plase forgive me if I post in the wrong area and mention things that might sound raw food 101, but can anyone please tell me what their biggest challenge was during their 30 day chaleenge?

    Was it cravings, friends, family, lack of good raw food sources, etc?

    This website has been invaluable to me and I hope one day to meet Alissa...

  5. Day 15 ~ 9/23/07

    Not too much going on here - aside from the fact that I'm tired! (I just got up from a 1 hr. nap).....

    Everything is still going good and on track.

    I was reading about the T -Tapp exercise program for like an hour - I think that's why I needed a nap! Wouldn't that be cool if we'd just get the exercising part of the day done in our sleep?!?!? Wake up all toned and beautiful......... ..........yes, I like that idea......
