  1. Let's just pretend...........

    That Sunday and Monday never existed.

    Today is a new day!!! I'm going for 100% all week and then some!!!!
    I made some crackers.... which aren't too great but I think they will be good with Alissa's onion dip. :) Which by the way is GREAT!!!!

    I talked with my husband this weekend. We are really pinching the pennies now. So we decided that I'll mostly do fruits and veggies only. Meaning mostly GS and salads. Which is okay with me. I'll be able to get ingrediants ...

  2. my new sickie self

    I've been raw for almost 3 weeks. Dh has the world's worst diet. We both caught this cold. I am fine. I'm a little congested and cough a little, but I feel pretty strong, no fever, no body aches. I think it's all the green smoothies with wheatgrass. Dh, on the other hand, is dying. He's in bed with a fever and coughing and sniffling and sneezing and stinkin' up the room with his sickie stench. He couldn't even go to work today. Me? I feel like cleaning and running errands. I know the difference ...

  3. Starting over

    COOOEEEEE!!!!! I'm back

    So what's changed?

    Well I fell of the raw wagon

    Entered and ironman distance triathlon

    My body shape is changing in a god way :)

    My training is going OK its is nearly embedded so I want to sort out the rest of my lifestyle and raw is the way to go

    Still living in the same dump but that is no reason to not push forward on everything else

    So here we go again

  4. Heinous Hummus and Burglary

    This morning I started off with a smoothie: goji berries (soaked overnight) added the soak water into the smoothie, banana, almond butter, raspberries and blueberries.

    Went out to the car with dd, on our way to a playdate. Buckled her in, started the car, threw it into reverse, reached over to turn on the radio AND IT WASN"T THERE!!!!   5. Day One Raw!

    Today was my first day raw! It was pretty cool!

    I was pretty busy at work and found that baby carrots helped me through my munchies phase today...I didn't really crave anything, but I felt for something crunchy and the baby carrots did the trick!
