  1. Temporary Insanity

    This has been rough. I haven't blogged on here for weeks because I've been having LOTS of trouble staying raw or even vegan...again. I keep rationalizing with myself that as long as I am eating lots of fruits and veggies that I will be fine. But, it takes me a while to learn my lesson because I keep craving cooked food and every time I eat it I get so tired and I wake up feeling terrible. Why is this not enough to get me to stop?!   2. yesterday and today

    yesterday was about 75%. not by choice though.
    I had nothing but GS yesterday. the last one i had was at 11:30. i tried to have a snack of watermelon at about 3pm. I couldn't swallow it. it hurt so bad. So I told my husband and I myself decided to go to KFC and get some mac and cheese. they are the only fast food place i know of htat has the smoothest creamiest mac and cheese. my thinking was it would be super easy to eat. i was starving and anything fruit even smoothy was hurting and ...

    Tinystrawberry - I have heard that about other people just after finsihing an ironman they say never again - an hour later they have paid up for number 2

    today i am working & grocery shopping then i have to house clean & and have a meeting after dinner.... tomorrow work & finish the house....

  5. low sugar, no grains day 2

    today i ate like 75 % of my calories from fat. but i feel really good. i feel extremely satisfied but not bloated or heavy or full. my energy also is extremely level. my waist feels flat and not bloated. i ate:
