  1. Day 2 for the 4th time

    Aghhh! How many times do I have to start over? I'm doing great then I get PMS and I think and do give into my food cravings. It is soo utterly frustrating. So here I am again starting over for the fourth time.
    Wanted to make some raw ketchup for my carrot pecan burgers. Which did not turn out to be ketchup at all, but this amazing tomato sauce. Yummmmm!
    1 cup fresh tomatoes
    4 oz sundried tomatoes in olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    1T raw honey
    1 tsp soy sauce ...

  3. still dreaming about him.

    I swear I must be detoxing him. He was in my dream again, but the pain was less this time. The disappointment was present, but managable, and the sadness finally just a twinge. His eyes were empty and now I know; it never really was anything anyway.

  4. day 2 of reclaiming me

    rise and shine everyone!

    i will check in later but wanted to say good morning.

    i am having a nice straw/banana smoothie and plan lots of fruits and veggies today.

    and I WILL EXERCISE TONIGHT AND EVERY DAY THEREAFTER. it is just a must. i know i have to do it and it is the only thing that will speed up my weight loss.

    i have set a treat for myself as well... my first goal is to get below that dreaded 200 mark. (can't believe i EVER allowed ...
