  1. Day 19th and MY Birthday

    Well It's been a while since I've posted. I've been so busy trying to get my Web hosting website back up and I'm trying to get my Living Food site up and running as well.

    I'm not the best writer so I always hate that part of writing for the web. I think I will try finding someone I can pay to look over my content and refine it a bit but I don't know if I'll get that done before I leave on my trip to Maine so I might have to put up the website with my own writing, which is scary. ...

    it's day 19. the fast is still going wellbut I am bored. I have been cleaning and cleaning, but with 6 people making messes all the time, I am making very little progress. No food breaks for "entertainment", even raw is "entertaining". So I am bored. Water is getting harder and harder to drink, esp. with lemon in it. I will keep going. Tomorrow is the 1/2 way mark. I think I am bored because the weight loss has just about stopped completely. 11 lbs short of my first goal and ...

  4. Day 18 - kicked Soy and Caffiene

    okay so I am starting late on the online blog for the 30 day challenge. I have quit the caffiene, which has been the hardest part. I went back and forth with it for a long time, and that is the hardest to kick. Next to that , soy has been hard to quit. I've been a Vegan for 2 years, and a Vegetarian for 5. So I've had my share of tofu and soy products. Daily of course. But quitting soy coldturkey is very emotional. so I would drink a little soy everyday to ween off of it. But I still have a hard ...

    To say that even when the groceries were low, I did it!

    And dh was kind enough to bring a bit of veggies and fruit even though he didn't have time for a FULL shopping spree, lol.

    Today was coconut pumpkin pear balls.....and earlier was cabbage salad with organic little tomatoes and onions and acv and olive oil.

    YUMM!!!!
