    I had my almond butter and banana smoothie for breakfast.

    For lunch I had a salad with all sorts of raw goodies.

    For dinner, my dh brought home fried chicken.......HELLO!!! had a little bit with my nori roll....avocado, apple, carrots and dried cranberries with the processed cauliflower.

    Hello my gorgeous peepsters.
    I've been missing you! Just pecked around a bit to see whazzup.

    Been steadily plugging along...
    Found some cool products for the web.
    Artesian raw honey and olive oil, and some cool belt buckles, jewelry, etc. It's all very exciting.

    Looking for some office space because as much as the beagle enjoys plopping his ball on my lap every ten minutes. I find it sort of difficult to turn the work ...

    day 3. Major argument with husband, through email. him at work, me at work. ahhh yes only in this day in age.

    He's thinking raw is too expensive. he doesn't want to try it anymore. he's still getting fast food.
    i explain the benefits i've had, both at work and at school. how happy i am and how well it works for me especially with school.
    he takes it the wrong way thinks he's not making me happy........ ...

    Yesterday was 100%--yay! While I have been high raw (probably 80-90%?), I haven't had a 100% day in a while. It was hard! You know, the wanting-something-more-substantial thing. I ate too much, but at least I made it. I'm sure that will taper down over the next few days.

    Oh-so, I've read a couple places lately (I think on here and in a book of mine) that if your pee turns pink when you eat beets, it's a sign of low stomach acid. Yesterday, I ate lots of beets, and no pink pee

    Yikes!
    It's been a busy week & no blog time!

    Not too much has been going on other than the fact I'm living and breathing yoga & the health food store! (Could be worse, huh??)

    I've got some flax crackers in the dehydrator right now (2 batches) - I'm making some for my friend from MN & my yoga classes to try - since I keep bragging them up -

    My hunger lately has been pretty mild - except for this morning - I was ravenous! ...
