  1. Day 47 ~ 10/25/07

    Everything is going well ~

    For the last 2 days I just made smoothies for breakfast/lunch and had a kombucha - they end up sustaining me until around 5 pm!

    I think as long as I'm in the mood for smoothies that this is going to be my new daily routine!

    I've been making them with 3 ripe bananas, 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder, 1 tsp each of maca, mesquite & lucuma + small handful of cashews & water - that's it - Yummy - just like chocolate ...

  2. cherries

    i am on a cherry binge.
    so yesterday i made some terriffic lara bars with cherries
    and today i made that white chocolate strawberry cheesecake but substituted cherries for the strawberries.

    both are yummy! :)
    of course i would get this yen after all the fresh cherries are out of season. so i used dehydrates ones & frozen ones.

  3. I am indestructable.

    Another day entirely raw!
    :) It's becoming so easy now, I'm really happy about that.
    Since I live on residence, it's so easy to grab some cereal, protein bar, popcorn or something similar throughout the day.. But, I've done really, really well. =) I'm so proud of myself, I love it. I know I might be over reacting a bit.. but for a while, I was really worried that I wouldn't be able to get back on the raw-lifestyle..   4. Ups and downs

    I ingested almost 3,700 calories yesterday. Except for my green smoothie, it was complete garbage. Another red-letter day for the Baileys.

    Better today, even with 700 calories of pastry. At least I had some real food today. Feeling more on an even keel.

    My recovery friend gave me her OA friend’s phone number today. I spoke to the OA member briefly and she advised me of a very good meeting on Saturday mornings. That time works well, since I like to hibernate after work ...

  5. Wow. glowing soda

    Ummmmm. So I'm training in a different department today so this will be short.

    I'm 100% today. :)

    anyway. I'm on lunch and drinking a carrot juice orange juice combo from jamba juice.

    My manager sent me this email on how to make glowing mountain do soda. and it barely takes much........ 1/4 of the bottle of soda, a teeny bit of banking soday, and three capfulls of peroxide..............
    and it glows! very bright. i can't put the link in here b/c ...
