    Ok! Good morning!

    Day 20th passed well, my appetite decreased, i think i will be fasting on juices for next two days. Yesterday I had only 2 green soups ( green smoothies) few dates, two oranges, 1 cup of nuts and a glass of water with lemon. I look forward to do shopping and selling my little watercolors - last weekend at the Market until Summer. Gee i will miss that - i have my clients and friends and there is a lot of good energy here.
    I am kind of tired and my weight ...

    so i've made it through the larger half of my day --- wait~ is there such a thing as a larger half? *there is in my world* and i'm a high school teacher!!! LOL
    i'm done with school - and now i'm at my office --- i have 2 clients which will be fine...
    then comes the hard part - when i start running around trying to get things done before the day is over:
    - from the office to mrs greens for tomorrows kombucha
    - from mrs greens to the ~new~ apartment

  3. GROSS GROSS GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I admit, I haven't been 100% for the last two weeks. But surprising to me, all my non raw choices have not involved meat, and have been healthy choices. Except for the brownies and cookies the last 3 days.......

    Despite all that, I've lost another 2 pounds this week. For a total of 19!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    yay!!! Only 11 more to go!!!

  4. Day 18- Food Loggin'

    Breakfast-

    Smoothie; the last of my frozen Strawberries, two Clementines, a handful of spinach, peanut butter, and rice milk.

    Lunch:

    3 Clementines (the last of them)
    Salad; spinach, carrots, pepperocini, rawco & 'meat'.
    Celery with peanut butter.

    Snack:

    5 pieces of orange flavored chocolate. ( i am so proud of myself there, my mom gave me that chocolate orange on Saturday and it has been almost a week and ...

  5. My 1at day on raw Food talk

    Hello Everyone!!
    I didn't plan to have my own blog but after when beppa asked me, I decided to have one :)

    About me:

    I am 99.999 -100% raw foodist (2 or 3 months already). When I started raw, my husband started vegetarian diet So it is a little bit easier for me.
    Any way he loves raw food as well.
    We are Polish, and we dint know many people around even if he is here 14 years and I am 4 years in USA ... sorry if I make any mistakes - 4 years ago I didn't ...
