    I am back to RAW! I need to feel healthy so badly.

  2. Day Two--tough

    Today I woke up not really that hungry, so I had an apple and headed to class. But then at break my friend handed me a tiny peice of dark chocolate (from a candy bar--not raw) and it was like I had no control over myself.. I took it and popped it into my mouth. So then through the rest of class I felt so guilty, and even worse--all I could think about was getting my hands on more junk food. I was craving the worst things.. pizza, cookies.. and once class got out I had to use all my will-power ...

  3. Avocados are number one, stress out!

    I am again on avocados - they are absolutely delicious now. We have mostly mexican ones "Revas" not organic at all.

    Weight is stubborn and i put on hold my relationship with my scale - we are not talking to each other. I ignore scale completely!!!

    Practicing here and now - avoiding stress - organically avoiding it, with every pore, every cell in my body. If something , someone is unpleasant in any way i am cutting it off - if i can not than i disconnect ...

  4. Training Log.. Day 1?

    OK I want to get this down before I forget. 4 miles at 50 min. on treadmill. I did a 5 min warm up on an incline of 1. I was at 5 mph the whole time. Then I did 5 min on an incline of 5, then 5 min of an incline of 1, then 5 on 5, then 5 on 1, 5 on 5, 5 on 1, 5 on 5, then 7 or 8 min on an incline of 1. Then speed walking on incline of 1 for the remaining min.

    Yippeeeee!!! I am celebrating 2 whole months RAW!!! I am very happy!
    I'm settling into the lifestyle and really have almost no cravings for cooked food. I'm enjoying living food so much. I have experienced so many changes in just 2 months. I've weaned myself of of Lexapro for severe, chronic depression. I am lo longer waking up with pain all over my body. I am healing my relationship with food. I have lost 21 pounds.
