  1. MC-Day#3-Back in My Right Mind

    Today went SOOOO much better than yesterday! Not hungry. I really enjoyed all the components of the Cleanse. Well, wait... I have to say I'm not really digging the senna tea but it's not horrible either. Just sort of bland to me. And I got the chocolate one too! <shrug> Go,figure.

  2. DAY ELEVEN

    Day 11

    Ok, Day 11 under my belt. Last night was the first night that I really had any cravings. I wanted a package of melba toast so bad. Yup, that's right, melba toast of all things. I guess that I just wanted something crunchy that was made of wheat. My nemesis.
    Anyway, I held out. I try and keep my fats low so I just had a very small handful of raw pumpkin seeds and that seemed to satisfy me.

    but not right now.
    just a visual of how i am feeling today.

    hints for keeping this to myself, don't you wish everybody did?
    i sure hope i was vigilant enough yesterday- i disinfected everything
    as a precaution beforehand and washed so much i am wrinkly.
    today it feels like i did catch something beyond being out in the cold
    too long in my pj's. so i am off to take care of myself, and
    wash everything twice.

  4. Day 5!

    Yesterday I had -
    Breakfast - Green smoothie with 1tbs hemp oil added
    Lunch - Apple and Grapefruit
    snack - banana
    snack- 4 dates
    Dinner - Guac and baby carrots
    snack - mango

    I didn't eat any pecans yesterday and I could tell that I was having craving issues and hunger issues from it (well I think so).

  5. TGIF!!!!

    I did not want to get up this morning... fell asleep watching LOST... or trying to watch lost... I think I managed maybe 15 mins of it Then I'd wake up again hearing it in the background... so about 11ish pm I decided to just give up and turn it off.

    We got more snow this morning... I'll be glad to say goodbye to it and winter when it's finally all over. Looking forward to short and T's this summer. And *perhaps* swimming... just depends if my body is ...
