    Breakfast: tomato soup 9 am
    Lunch: Tomato soup 11 am with croutons ( sunseed bread dried crisp)
    Dinner: 330 pm
    Nothing but Kombucha and teas and water after 400 pm

    Have energy to get alot done now. Not so tired so I guess that part of the healing is over for now,at least.   2. Days 6, 7, 8 and 9

    Wow, I don't do so well at this daily entry stuff. I just hate coming home from work and getting on the computer again even for fun stuff.

    Since I have 4 days to catch up on I'm not going to list what I ate each day. I actually did pretty good. I had 2 more slips but they were conscious decisions.     what what what????

    I got on the scale this morning and I only lost 1.5 lbs. this week? How is that? I honestly thought I had done better this week then I had last week and last week I lost 6.5 lbs. Hmmmmm, this confuses the hell out of me!
