  1. 3rd day - feeling great

    Had a wonderful day filled with blazing hot sun rays, lots of colorful fruits and vegetables, meeting old friends, new sandals and might I say tons of energy - absolutely fabulous.
    While on my adventure in Tel-aviv I stopped at one of the many health stores to stock on supplies. obviously, it was expensive but definitely worth it - I got some raw crackers, dried fruits, goji berries, red pepper+sunflower butter and finally, almond oil for cleaning make up and as body moisturizer.

    Okay, I did eat cooked food last night. I was completely ravenous. I'm not even going to say what and how much I ate. I will say that I will never get to that point again. But yes, I am starting fresh today. I bought a lot of fresh greens and other ingredients to make yummy salads and smoothies with. Today is a new day. I'm not sure what the future holds exactly. I'm not sure if I'm going to eat cooked food on special occasions or not at all. I don't want to think about what I can and can't ...

    I found a bag of Pepperidge Farm Oatmeal Cranberry cookies in my TV armoir while I was looking for a movie. I forgot I put them there before we went to NY to hide them from my kids. I just discovered these yummy cookies several weeks ago. But I didn't open the bag I found. I'm so proud of myself!

  4. Im going raw for at least 30 days :D

    The exact moment I found out about raw food, I knew I would try it.
    Now, soon a month after I "stumbled" upon a video about raw food on youtube, I have decided to go raw for at least 30 days starting next week

    I have been a vegetarian for 8 years now, and havn't been thinking about becoming vegan at all. So why do I like the idea about becoming a RAW-vegan?

  5. First Male Compliment!!!!

    This morning I've had two positive experiences already! First, I got on the scale and have officially broken the 140 barrier... I'm now 139!!! Second, I got to work and just have on my work clothes but haven't put on my jacket thing I normally wear to keep warm... and one of the guys said "hey skinny... you losin' weight??" BEAMS Why YES I am in fact!!!!

    So for Easter, my mom cooked roast and trimmings... which every enjoyed, along with the cake for dessert. ...
