  1. "The retreat from nature"

    I'm just posting my opinion so don't get me wrong or anything ^_^ or do ;)
    Anyways I do believe in our natural bodies- such a perfect machine...
    I got really immpressed by it on my 2 100% months of raw journey..
    And still realising it everyday since than...

    Most of our illnesses are caused by our disbeliefe of ourselves and from all the chaos that were made by lots of politics to confuse the mass (much easier to provide them with short time cures for their fears)

  2. Never left.....

    Well and probablly will never leave :) I've got touched by the raw food last time I tried 100 % but recentlly I understood I want to get gradually into it, and this way to work on all of my emotional and phisicall habbits of the SAD food...

  3. Can't wait for day one!

    I've been eating raw foods all day, but I still can't wait for the challenge to officially begin :-) It's amazing how just a few days of eating this way already has led to me having more energy and feeling better. This winter's depression was sooooo miserable. Not dangerously so, or anything like that, but I just felt so lethargic—totally unmotivated to live my life. Now that I'm snapping out of it I have these moments of just being raring to go to reclaim my vibrant happy life. I want to interact ...

  4. Day 2 complete

    Well today was my first day at work and on my new eating philosphy. It really wasn't too bad. :) I wasn't 100% raw...I used "toasted" oats and soy milk in my muesli for breakfast, and I snacked on Sunflower seeds..I wonder how "raw" they are? They are not labled "raw" but they do have salt on them. They are really my favorite snack. Wonder where I can get "raw" sunflower seeds, still in the shell??

  5. Ad-just-ing

    I was really hoping that I was already over the hump, but I see I am not! I've really been struggling. Today I wanted roast beef! My son and I were talking about cooked food that we miss! I'm not missing junk. I'm missing things like potatoes, and rice, and corn tortillas, and spaghetti sauce. Anyway, it's probably because I watched TV today, and every other commercial is about food! No wonder Americans are fat. The SAD thing is in our face constantly!
