  1. Learning from experience continues

    So what is this going from one level to the next in RAW FOOD?
    First few weeks was all about learning what to buy what to eat how to store and organize the kitchen etc. Next level was about discovering raw food and experimenting with new receipes and learning what detox does to you, becoming more aware of raw culture and seeing self in it, next level is about spirituality, self growth, awerness, choices - i am right here in this level.

  2. Day 10

    All raw, all day, didn't even finish my cup of coffee this morning...
    fruit for breakfast
    carrots and tangerines for snacks
    green papaya salad for dinner
    nuts now
    class in morning, skate afternoon to evening...
    comments from friends, "your skin looks reallly good,"
    "theres something different about you, you look good," "did u loose weight?"
    don't know about my rawness... thats cool
    anyway, feeling good ...

  3. Zane's Autism at 3-Days R

    Zane, my almost four-year-old, is severely autistic. He also has a lot of sensory issues. He is, amazingly totally affectionate. I am starting this blog as a sort of journal through Zane's progress as I move him to rawfood.

    Before three days ago...

    Zane likes to play in the dirt and will entertain himself for HOURS just scooping it in his hand and throwing it in the air. Occasionally he will throw it at the house or in the air conditioner.

  4. Day 11

    Today was better. I still felt a little ill this a.m. Not even my GS sounded good. So I went without breakfast.

    I was hungry at lunch and had a large yummy salad and it was very filling. Still had a few stomach problems, but not as painful as yesterday.

    Dinner I just snacked on some sunflower seeds.
    Really need some new recipies. I am so bored already. I need easy fixin' ideas (I don't like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen)

  5. Hard finding my food.

    I am having a difficult time finding even raw nuts & seeds here locally where I live. I know if I start ordering a bunch of stuff that won't go over well. I have been real cool about this whole transition. Just making BF's meals and doing what I am doing with mine. Every now and then I will take just a tiny bit of what I make him just so there are no problems. Most of the time though I have been eating all RAW.

    I am going to have to explore more options and see what I can come ...
