    i've moved up to Olympia, WA.
    Evergreen is a chill school, the weather here is a lot different from CALi.
    LIfe has not been easy trying to stay raw, I feel like I worry about food way too much. I treid to juice fast the for a few days and it actually went quite well, until i tried to end it, I ended up going to my school cafeteria and ate as much as a could, most of it not raw.     I have been in a whirlwind of things at home.I have stayed on raw and am feeling a lot better already. I am doing better I know because I have th book instead of trying tro get by with what I had. My kids are doing better also and are staying raw. We have tried a lot of the recipes, they do not last as long with teens. THe kids have lost weight, which is a good thing. I just hope that they can stick to it.   3. Feel like I'm breaking down.

    I am here to tear my heart out to everyone who will read.

    Every day seems a repeat of the last; I feel like I'm cracking.
    There are so many issues there that I am trying to address; health issues, and past issues. I've come to terms with many things but one is still my thantophobia.     So far today I've had:
    Green smoothie
    Strawberries

    I made some raw apple pie for tomorrow (it needs to set 24 hours)
    I work 7pm-7am tonight and I'm taking strawberries, mango, grapefruit, raw "donut holes", almonds, cherry tomatoes and a big salad w/ a variety of veggies and avo

    Hi to all:
    I am new to this:
    I found this web page when I was looking up veggie recipes.
    I have been doing the 80 % raw 20% cooked veggies for 4 weeks now.
    I was scaling 213 and as of yesterday morning I scaled in at 198, it has change today to 201. This seems to happen a couple of times a week.
    I am trying to drink at least 1 gallon to 1 1/2 gallons distilled water every day.
