  1. Fell off the wagon-CAN'T WAIT to get back on

OMG-what a crappy time. I just got home from a week and a half long stay in New York City visiting my dying grandmother. Very stressful but it's time for her to pass on. I don't want her to suffer anymore. I ate cooked food for the entire time (just didn't feel that it was practical to start on my raw journey this week-I didn't have any of my equipment and was on a very limited budget). Unfortunately, it's so embarrassing but this past week I gained back the 10 lbs I lost when I started on ...

  2. The last time I felt great

The last time I truly felt great, like amazing amounts of energy, no aches and pains, slept great, was when I was 100% raw.

I really want to get back to feeling that way again! Starting Monday, I am going to commit to getting back on track and getting raw again!

  5. Cravings

by on 04-24-2008 at 06:03 PM (Just another raw Texan)
I started to get cravings today. I think it's because I'm sick of all fruits tasting sweet. I don't like sweets. Maybe it's my body's way of telling me that I need more salt. I'm craving potato chips and ramen noodles, two things that are plenty salty. There may be some raw alternatives out there.

So far being 100% raw has given me energy, a clean feeling, and a healthy appetite. I appreciate everything that it has done so far. :)
