  1. Steppin' it up!!!

    Aaarrrrrrrgh! I just wrote a long blog entry and lost it! I hope I can remember what I wrote.

    I'm sitting here watching/listening to the video by Dr. Lorraine Day, "Diseases Don't Just Happen," that Raweater recommended. (It's free at http://video.google.com) Wow! It's long, and chock full of information. I think I'd be a little overwhelmed if I hadn't been raised to believe that natural is better, and if I wasn't already raw. As is it, I'm on information overload.

  2. Hooray for me!

    So, as I posted in the 30 day challenge, I bought a whole meal's worth of SAD junk last night, but instead of eating it when I got home, I shoved it all in the freezer and went to bed. I am so excited about that victory!! Now I don't have to spend today feeling sick and guilty and struggling to get back to raw. INstead, I'm well rested, calm and feeling good.

    My high school reunion is about a month away, and my weight loss has sort of stalled. So I'm going to try upping my fruits ...

  3. Day 1

    I can finally get back on track tomorrow. I couldn't do this the other day because I didn't have enough raw food in the house I need to get back on track. I feel so tired and icky. I'm tired of saying I'm going to do it and then not following through. It's too exhausting emotionally and physically.

    I bought some produce to make some of my favorite recipes with (smoothies, Kale Salad). I'm looking forward to it. It's just a matter of being prepared. No matter ...

    I've been having an emotional week. Still 100%. Still working out in the morning doing crunches and push-ups. I haven't gained any weight or lost any, either...but I'm only 10 days in.

    Another goal would be to see this through to the end of the month. Will I be the same? Will I notice a difference?

  5. Day 8

    Woke up and ate an apple and an orange.

    Than me and my sister went off to the grocery store to pick up a few veggies and fruits using our bikes. It was a great excercise and I realized I had a lot of energy too.

    We had a miso dressing salad today. It was yummy.

    I'm feeling sort of blah and the cravings are kicking in.

    I'm resisting though!
