  1. Day five a.m.--was yesterday strange!

I was so happy to get my help-me-get-started food package in the mail yesterday (about 10:30 in the morning) and had such a chocolate tooth by then--I had been eating mostly fruit and nuts-- that I ate two truffles, two brownies (the size of pieces of fudge), and about a tablespoon of truffle sauce. I also ate two crunch bars, made with nuts, seeds, honey and berries. Probably about a 700 calorie binge including the bars. A lot, but not all that much considering a big hunk of cake can easily have ...

  2. B-12, my new BFF

I have really upped my b-12 lately. I was occasionally taking 500mcg/day. Then someone said their practitioner suggested 5000mcg/day. Now I KNOW, from ds's dr that you can't even take TOO much b-12. SO I upped it to 1500mcg , then 4500 yesterday. It's like a freakin' miracle. I wake up ready to get stuff done. It's 6:30 am and I have done the dishes, folded laundry and have all my computer stuff done for the day. I have no tension in my shoulders. I feel so calm and collected. It's really far-out, ...

I have just started some charity work with Oxfam to create a little good karma and so far it is starting to pay off.

I have a little hunger but i have been eating alot of volume of the wrong things so i have to get used to smaller portions of much better food.

  5. Day 7

Here it is the end of day 7. I am proud to be at this point. It hasn't been particularly difficult, just that 1st day. This clease keeps you on a tight schedule of doing something every 1 1/2 hrs. so there is no time to think of what i'm "missing". Tommorrow starts the next phase, gentle phase, i just completed the mild phase. The difference between these two phases is no breakfast on the gentle phase.

Now don't get me wrong this isnt' a crazy fad diet. It is a 28 ...
