    Good Morning Rawbies! :)
    This morning I am going to have a bowl of raw cereal. My design. Raspberries, dates, buckwheat and almonds with raw pineapple cream mylk. Goodness how delicious this is to me.

    Lunch will be a slice of raw bread with mixed raw veggies.

    Dinner will be large leafy green salad with tomatoes. Dessert will be raw brownies and a late night snack will be kale chips.

    Doesn't that sound like the yummiest raw day ever!?!?!?! ...

    Feeling good about this so far.

    I have a timer to keep track of my 10 minutes workout sessions.

    A good sign is that I wake up and not dread the fact that I have to workout as soon as I get out of bed.

    Half hour long to workout seems to be realistic to do and easy as well instead of some big hyped up thing to do for an hour.

    Finally cut out my daily advocados intake!!!!

    Partly inspired by Shelshel who gave me the extra nudge, and partly inspired by some recent epiphanies, I am going to do a major leap up. :)

    I just REALLLLLY want to be healthy, glowing, vibrant, fit, youthful and happy.

    I have been doing a Lot of thinking and I am ready to change my diet...My newest revelation has me thinking a lot about starches/cooked carbs and insulin spikes...due to endometriosis, but also with respect to weight gain and yes, even body odour. ...

  4. All u want fruit buffet

    Focusing on fruit.. lots of bananas, dates, figs

    eating a salad at night for the last couple of days...

    I'm just eating large volumes to get over the "restriction" complex... cause it always causes me to binge in the end.

    Starting this journal is already starting to help. I woke up this morning and came up with an idea from an idea of P90X.

    The Ab Ripper X is basicallly ten minute long with a 5 minute added to cool down 3x a week. This has been a very effective in getting my stomach in shape.

    Sooooo...... my idea is to spot tone whatever I want for ten minutes, then move on to the next ten minutes, and so on.

    Then I ask myself while I was thinking about this. The hour
