    Hmmm, I started wondering what type of workouts am I willing to do first thing in the morning? The only thing I came up with is full body stretches. And this question occurred to me when I first woke up this morning which was the perfect time to ask anyways.

    Gave it a go. It's very calming and no hype to it at all. It matches my mood in the morning.

    It's perfect so this will be something I'll do every morning. Yay!! I'm truly happy about this!

  2. Friday-Friday . . .

    I am looking forward to the weekend and I may not fast this coming Monday ... but I may . . . I am unsure :)

    This week has been mostly good with only a small glitch mid-week when I ate some cooked foods and some dairy! It didn't upset my digestion at all but it wasn't as pleasing as I was hoping it would be and I got right back on the horse and been 100% raw since (apart from nutritional yeast and smoked paprika which I count as allowable non-raw things!!!

  3. Bad ankle tieing me down!!!!

    My ankle is really sprained! I am icing it down right now.

    My next week's raw menu's prep work starts tomorrow, so I'm gonna stay off of my feet all day today and hope that I can be ok to get my dehydrating done for the week.

    I have my juice next to me, so I'm good to go for fasting. My son is training to be my Sous Chef, so I'm relying on him for my juice today.

    Y'all know how hard it is for me to stay in one place all day!!! I have a MILLION ...

    Planning on working out after dinnertime for now, since morning time does not seem very appealing to me to jump out of bed first thing in the morning to workout. Maybe it will again someday, but right now... uh nooooo!!

    So yeah, more of a night person than a morning person. Will see how this goes for me. If I like it, great! If not, then need to figure out a different plan

    For now, this is the plan!!!

    And stay positive!!

    I just got back from a half an hour walk and did a half an hour stretching. :) that was great!!!! Try some exercise to relieve stress. It really works! ;)
