  1. Day 5 Thank goodness for moms!

Well, thank goodness for my mom! My mom is a great Indian cook. Since I have been talking about going raw, she has been crafting interesting raw dishes for me to try. The stuff she makes without any recipes is so much better tasting than anything I can make. The thing I really seem to miss are condiments. I always used a lot of condiments when I ate SAD - so it made a meal feel complete when I had a little something on the side. My mom whipped up a raw cilantro chutney for me that is the bomb! ...

  2. Day 3

Last night I had a less than tasty dinner. As with anything some things you try aren't so good! Atleast I could wash it down with some yummy nutmilk and one of those AMAZING brownies! I'm not ready fro micro meals yet... its only day 3.

Since my fiance is in the Ukraine on business, I took my friend Dan to my ballroom dancing class. We had a blast! I had so much energy and I didn't even feel wiped out afterwards. I fear how long it will be before I start to feel the negative side ...

  3. Day 3 - grade C-

I started today off well. Had a banana papaya smoothie with aloe vera, cause my stomach was feeling really fluttery or something. Took three bananas with me and some date nut torte to church, in case I got hungry. By the time I decided to leave the chili was gone (Yay - no temptation). They did have a ...

  4. Day 2

This is great! I made this Raw Soup for Lunch It was SOOOO good! I love eating raw, although, my family is certainly teasing me about it none stop. Also they are trying to convince me that it is unnatural and unhealthy. Much the same as I was "puting my parents neighbours out of business" (Soy Bean Farmers might I add) when I became Vegetarian. It wouldn't be such a stressful transition in the way of discouraging comments if my parent had not come to live with me while they both recover ...

  5. Day 6 (Bye Bye Dehydrator)

Hi everyone, welcome to Sunday :) Energy level seems so/so. Mood and outlook is still positive. I'm giving up on dehydrated foods and moving solely to fresh. It seems like a more natural way to eat to me plus I dislike dehydrated food anyway. Some of you may have already caught the thread I started about this but for those that haven't here it is: http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=24103

Here's the stats. I decided to remove Body Fat from the stats as my scale's accuracy ...
