  1. One Hour Down Two to Go!

    Well, one hour of running down, two more to go until I have reached my goal of the week. I love this diet and the energy it gives me, it even seems to be helping the inflamation in my back. It hurts equal to when I take the stupid drugs. Imagine that... raw food works as well as Naproxin (sic) and Tylenol 3 and muscle relaxants. RAW FOOD ROCKS MY UNIVERSE!!!

    Wish My bro could shut his mouth on EVERYTHING I eat... so annoying!

  2. day 11 thru 13 - detoxing all the way

    Hello - I am still raw -- despite my personal feelings of progress !!!

    I have been getting some cold-like symptoms, and along with my menstrual cycle, they have been doing a number on me. Still raw, although I have not had a chance to blog on it--- Had to have some raspberry tea to ease my cramps, and I havent had PMS this bad since college! I think I will fast till noon and have some collard rolls and veggies the rest of the day. Poured some blackstrap molasses into my tea and ...

    oh man its crazy i ate alllllllll this seaweed and got all bloated from the salt. i want to cut down on it but i really love seaweed..

    ew yeah earlier i was eating seaweed with apple cider vinegar (it tasted like potato chips?). then i had salad dressing with vinegar in it. im all vinegared out i dont want to eat that anymore for sure.

    im trying to start lowering my intake of fats as well.

  4. March 12th-1st raw day

    So, I was really good today-ate everything I said I would. I only screwed up once-eating an organic wheat cracker with some raw goat cheese. Oops. But other than that, I was a good girl.

    I did have issues with the nut dishes, feeling a little nauseous after eating the mock salmon pate. So, I am going to go pretty easy on the nut dishes. Really, I am happiest with fruit all day, and a nice soup and salad for lunch. Still haven't figured out dinner, though!!! My feeling is that the ...

  5. My first day.

    Soo today was the first day on the 30 day raw challenge. I had absolutely no problem with eating raw today. Felt great. :)

    First day:

    Breakfast: Blueberry, banana, orange smoothie
    Lunch: Salad with tomato and Mock Salmon Pate. Yum
    Snack: Dehydrated mangos and pineapple
    Dinner:Portabello mushroom stuffed with pate' and topped with tomatoes.
    Snack: Leftover salad and mock salmon pate' with an avocado.
