  1. Day One for a thrd time

    by on 03-15-2007 at 05:10 PM (Road 2 Health. The journey continues.)
    Last night was stressful and scary and I used it as an excuse to feed my fat. I ate corn chips, cheese,cookies, and peanut butter. I ate a lot.

    I knew what I was doing. I knew how I would feel the next day.

    Today is better.

    Blood sugar-
    266 when I awoke
    246 after breakfast

    Food-cucumber,celery,strawberries,carrots,
    no nuts today.

    Mood-
    I am not in a bad mood but I feel yucky in my tummy.

  2. Day 15 Food Addiction

    I know that some folks say that they are addicted to cooked food. I think that I am addicted to ALL food. Yesterday was a pretty high stress day and I just came home and went totally overboard with the amount of food I ate. I was full, but I kept eating. It was all raw, but it was much more than I needed. I think I still need to learn to deal with stress in a better manner and not turn to food for relief. Live and learn.....

    ok beets are officially the best vegetable ever. you can eat the root and the greens! i put the greens in a smoothie and they taste sooooooo good. i usually dont like green smoothies but ive been trying to drink them more often. ahahah.

    it was funny i went to work today and my boss said i didnt have to work today. so i came back to the house. what should i do today hmmmmmmmm

  4. Day 17 (I'm back)

    Hi Friends, sorry I haven't blogged for the past few days. Life has been quite hectic and I haven't had much time to be here.

    Four days ago things became really challenging for me with cravings. However the past couple of days have been smooth. I'm not back on my Juice fast but rather eating lots of Raw desserts, etc. Anything to stave off the cravings.

    On another note, the weather is turning nice and I've been able to enjoy the outdoors some more. This definitely is ...

    8:30pm - 2 cups of peach green tea
    9pm - baby carrots, LOTS of honey (boo!), pear, peanuts
