    I just got through reading over The Garden Diet website(Storm) and can I just say WOW?!?!?! So inspiring!!!

    Feeling a bit nauseus this morning and haven't had anything to eat yet but my plan for today is:
    blueberry, pear, peach, banana smoothie
    goddess bar probably
    more fruit
    big salad

    I made falafels in the big D last night so maybe a few of those as well. Need to make some sauce for them though! I also made some crackers, and plan to make ...

  2. Feeling awesome

    Best day to all, wow today I made tamales in the dehydrater, so yummy. Had fruit for breakfast, tamales for lunch and sprouted bread with raw nut butter agava and banana so good for dinner. I placed fresh strawberries in the freezer to make a shorbet for later but not hungry for anything other then my green tea. I feel so great. I am counting this as day one of the challenge for me even though I have been 80% raw for awhile I want to be 100% so cheers to day one.

  3. Day 11 1/2

    So, I think I had a breakthrough today. Some came from writing things out, but most came from changing what I ate. I did fruit the 'fruit before noon, veggies after' and it worked pretty well, AND I felt good. I was positively gleeful this afternoon, and didn't have my afternoon I-feel-like-I-am-going-to-slip-into-a-coma moments. here's what I ate:
    Smoothie with mango, banana, blueberries and pear with 1/4scoop green powder
    1 cantaloupe
    goddess bar
    few walnuts (left over ...

  4. Day 2

    After yesterdays disaster, today went pretty well. Had melon for the morning, a huge salad for lunch (and very yummy) and a pizza for dinner. Am eating cooked for dinner. Cannot go 100% after just 2 days of trying this. Used gluten, wheat free base as advised.

    Despite this only being day2 have felt really well today and had so much eneergy left over at the end of the day, i sorted the kitchen out. Have also drunk alot of beetroot juice and water.

  5. I just consumed my weight in cashews

    Ugh, now i feel awful. I had a handful of cashews earlier and after lunch I was still hungry. So, I threw about 3 handfuls of same cashews in a baggie and off to carpool - intending to just to snack on a few. Well, I ate them all and I feel bloated and stuffed. This is the first time I've felt that in a long time. Back to the mindless eating of days gone by.

    Learned my lesson! Just because it's raw doesn't mean I have to eat it all, right??? ;)
