    Shakey weekend food wise, but rather than vanish in shame for a couple weeks and vow to start over, I'm gonna try something new. I'm gonna stick around and just keep going.

    Like they say, insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

    i don't have time to write a bunch now- but promise to return this evening for more.

  3. really rough night

    Did a family event and there was more food than you can imagine. I ate tons of veggies and salsa and was fine until they brought out all the sushi, pasta, bread, cheese and you name it! I managed to stay in control for the most part, but ate hummus that I believe was NOT raw. Before I knew it, I was eating cheese. Crap.

    Anyway, because I ate a ton of hummus and cheese, I will begin from scratch. I'll say I was 2 weeks raw and tomorrow I will start day 1 again. My 30 day challenge ...

  4. Happy For Weight Loss

    I didn't expect to lose a huge amount of weight because I don't have a whole lot of weight to lose anyway. So, I've lose 3-ish lbs over the last 3 weeks of being raw which is about right. I'm going to start working out again tomorrow which will be nice. I'd like to see how I feel since going raw and working out. Worked out a lot before but quit about 1 1/2 months ago. Also, I'm having a green drink every day which I hope will help regulate and balance my diet a little. i'm still not getting ...

    I faltered quit a bit this week, but not as much as I thought I would in the beginning. On the job I did this week, I worked long hours (like 12-14/day) and I was barely able to have the food I did eat. A few days, because of stress and lack of time to prepare, I broke down and ate the food my employer catered in. Went out tonight and decided ahead of time to eat whatever I wanted, to make myself feel better and relieve some stress. . .or so I thought. We had upscale, Americanized Mexican food ...
