  1. Day? Who knows

    I've been off track so long I can't say I'm apart of this challenge.

    Well I've been more vegan then raw I've been eating mostly Beans, Rice and corn chips. No desserts or anything which I'm so happy about but still I need to be 100% Raw, There is a difference and I can tell. Although I don't feel horrible, I feel different and my throat problem that I had before is coming back so I know I need to be heading back into the raw direction.

    thanks guys for the support/advice on the last entry. :) right now my focus is landing a job that will give me lots of hours so im filling out applications right and left. my friend is really excited to have me come live there and im really excited too. i know i will regret it if i don't do it. actually, i'm going to visit him hopefully for the 28th of sept to see his band play and spend time together. :) i also want to explore the city a little more, visit some schools, etc. honestly, i can really ...

    GS for breakfast with spinach, strawberries, 2 bananas, red cabbage, coconut shreds, water.

    1 orange

    handful of pumpkin seeds

    bunch of grapes

    dinner i made a chopped veggie mixture in FP of a ton of broccoli, half cucumber, whole green pepper, some jalapeno, tahini and sundried tomatoes with a bit of onion. piled those on some red cabbage. and crunched away on that.

  4. My Very FIRST 100% Raw Day!!!!!!!!

    I had a banana, almond butter, raw honey with water smoothie for breakfast ( I just love those things!)

    Hung out at home this morning as Gabriella has a bit of the sniffles. We went to Wild Oats mainly to get raw tahini, but as usual left with more than I intended.
