  2. Day 14 for me!

    I was happy with myself today as I planned ahead to bring some homemade dressing and some nuts when I went out to lunch today so I could add them to my salad. I also have the veggie flax crackers in the dehydrator and am hoping that they will be edible and I can eat them with my leftover hummus.

  3. Thinking about that food...

    Yesterday was a weird food day! The day before I was starving and ate all day long. Yesterday I wasn't all that hungry but found myself, as usual, eating anyway. What's up with that? It's like I feel this sense of obligation to eat, "It's 9 in the morning and I haven't eaten... Oh My!!" Or if my kids are eating I feel like I need to eat with them.   4. Detox is mysterious

    thinking about doing six months from today no fruit.
    this would mean giving up my beloved carob and perhaps my fruity flavored Kombuncha. For six months. Don't know if I want to do that, it's just so long a time without my faves. I need to and I'll feel better and I know I'll looose weight. I've already gotten comments on my weight lose so far. So, this means re writing my goals and changing my calendar yet again. Ump.

    Day two went over well. I craved bananas and wanted to eat more of them than I actually did.

    This is day three and I skipped my coffee! I was kind of irritated by the fact that I realized I got thru my morning without it, and wanted to make it mid-morning. It's such a habit, and one that is luxury to me, I like it. I told myself, why bother making it now? I don't need it I can just stop it here, so I did, but felt ticked off about it....LOL
