Today is Day 1 of a 10 Day Juice Fast. I didn't prep myself yesterday so, today is Green Juices and Fruit Smoothies to help me transition.

I did my very 1st 10 Day Juice Fast in June and I did Really Great! Then I joined in July and could only do 7 days, then I joined in August and only did 3 days and noticed that my E.D. got triggered with the scale numbers. I gained it all back and felt completely out of control and have worked on myself to be back in the mindset of my health;...

Of course it is raw!

Thanks go to Alissa's Blog for the delicious raw ice cream recipe. Simple and truly amazing. I took the meat from one young coconut and added in what seemed like the right ratio of other ingredients. No measuring, made my best guess on how much to add. I'd already used up the coconut water so substituted water instead. Didn't matter. With these...

So far so good. I keep freaking myself out about the weeks to come and all the pills I will be swallowing and all the meals I wont be able to eat
But then I think about how good I will feel....and look hopefully.
I can do this.
I am taking my GRE test in a week and that is stressing me out. However I am not binge eating/studying like I normally do. Once my test is over I can really focus on my health and happiness.

What I eat varies a LOT! To sum it up in general, maybe some fruit in the morning, smoothie for lunch, afternoon snack of kale chips, nuts, seeds, or a green juice, a salad or a raw recipe for dinner, and a dessert. Or I might eat those same things in reverse order. It's pretty much whatever I want, whenever I want it.

The one thing consistent in my day is a smoothie, though the ingredients vary. Sometimes I go for nut milk or young coconut, sometimes a standard green smoothie. All...

Managed to down the pills two at a time today without gagging so things are looking up
Still feeling confident and strong AND I am down two pounds already.
Look out goal weight, here I come.
