It's not our devastation, anger and fear that rules our lives, it's that we allow it to rule our lives and take control of us when we're hurting the most.
Coming Home Again is about the journey back to self and overcoming the devastation that could have remained gripping my soul for the rest of my life, and how I got back onto the road of a healthy life.
It all starts when step and one bite at a time.

I think the reason I have had such a hard with xeroxing in the past is that it wasn't just the food .... It was the caffeine to. *
I have been fighting horrible caffeine withdrawl complete with aches, headaches and more fatigue than normal. *I can also tell you that I am a little foggier than normL and that I am having a hard time concentrating.
My las detox was definitely worse than this, but that was the food too.
While making a move to high raw immediately would be idea, I think that cutting out the caffeine first and facing this withdraw first well help me to approach things more clearheadedly.
With that in minc I can remind myself that I am making more progress everyday as I cut back the caffeine and have replaced red meats mostly with chicken and dish and have cut out the pasta. *Next week it will be time to say goodbye bread!!
Just in case anyone else is having trouble with either transitioning or going cold turkey, Dr Oz has a four week guide to raw food transitioning on the Ask Dr Oz website. *I thought it was pretty cool.
Have a great night!
