Well, that kind of proves what I'm questioning. In my research they say it's caused by excess weight yet, even thin people have it so, that can't be it although I don know some "fat" thin people. Hormones? O.k., I'm going through or have gone through ~ heck, I dunno ~ meno. Is that the issue? Is it REALLY "pockets of fat"? Let us know what, if anything, you do differently and the results please. This has become very interesting to me now.

Thank you for your comments, Sue. I was just going to post to a thread where someone said I was "wrong" in my stance after having thought about it for awhile and realized, to me, I'm not. I'm at peace. I'm not "trying" to change something, knowing it will all change again and again. The only constant in life....

This is a good and often great forum with a lot of knowledge. Every once-in-awhile there's a little upheaval but it settles down again. Thank you for reading and weighing in. I appreciate you.

I really enjoyed your comment Revvell. I am not a fighter at all and actually avoid confrontation. (am more than a bit timid) Definitely some things just aren't that big a deal. It's beginning to look like maybe some, but very few, actually "pick fights". I still enjoy being here. If I see a thread or post that looks odd or suspicious, I simply ignore it (if I take my time and am careful). I learn a lot about raw living food and need the encouragement I get especially since I slip back to SAD and coffee so many times. This is where I learned about RAW. I also don't have enough time as it is to spend reading here - let alone find fault with anything on this site. And I have been using your "Smoozie" book!

Thank you for all the hard work you do for us.

    Sue.

Thank you, you two. Nice to see others are looking at these questions as well.

Yeah, I don't spend a lot of time on it. It comes up naturally every once-in-awhile then I forget it yet, this time it kind of stayed with me so, thought I'd put it out there and see what came back.

I'm wondering if folk who do a lot of "work" with themselves ~ maybe meditatrrs, readers, introspectives ~ get that question more than others? *shrugs* I dunno. lol

I wonder "What Am I" and "Why Am I" a lot. Espically at the moment in the midst of this huge transition to a "better" me. I keep thinking about what I was 30 days ago and what I am now and what the difference is.
I understand the thinking of what I am being bigger than me. I know what I am is bigger than "me" (as in this form) and that connection to the "bigger than" is an on-going search.

This is a pretty deep question.
Here's something that popped into my mind after I posted here.
"I am a being of love and we all are. Love is eternal."
The answers are like butterflies, let the answers come naturally to you and it will makes sense in time whenever you are ready to recieve the answer. You will know at some point.
I do know where you're coming from with this question.

Yes, it has to make sense. When I'm wondering that, it comes down to why "me" ~(whoever/whatever "me" is)? Why now? and was this energy form here before and will it be here again and who/what chooses?

I mentioned this to Himself and He had no idea what I was talking about. Thank you for responding.

I read this yesterday. I was thinking this morning about how grateful I am for you and you being here on this forum.
I too am asking, "What am I?"
I learned that whatever questions we do asked in our minds whether we are aware of it or not, will always reveal the answers in clues, the obvious, and in timely fashion.
And sometimes I think what am I is bigger than I. If that makes any sense! :)

You're correct, it's not. I've since found out she purchased my book here in my city during a book signing ~ meaning she had a chance to go through it BEFORE purchasing.

The other person who wrote saw my request for people to counter her review ~ on Twitter and is a dairy farmer!!! She's all upset about my saying dairy is not good for us. I had to finally block her as she kept sending me all this vitriol. Ah well! Those who know, know. Those who wont see, wont.
