  1. I'm up! I'm excited!

    It doesn't seem like it was just a couple of weeks ago when I was feeling so badly I didn't know if I'd be able to do my classes next week yet, I'm now feeling SO much better I was able to attend class last night and did the whole thing! Yayyy me!

    I'm actually flying high! I'm so excited about my classes, I decided to do a couple of free teleclasses to introduce people to them. Even though the classes in August will be local, I'll be taking them online in September so, the teleclasses ...

  2. Fat to Fit, 6/17

    Keeping it short as I've got a busy day between teleclasses, clients and a speaking engagement this evening.

    Yesterday ~ over 15,000 steps which equals about 6 miles; took a hot bath with peppermint/spearmmint/eucalyptus oils for soreness. This morning ~ SORE!

    Going to do some body weight training today. Not sure what else ~ clubs, ball, bag... I'll know when I get to it.

    I'll probably walk to the produce market and get some more greens. I'm enjoying wraps ...
  3. It's 1 a.m. and I'm still focused on fit!

    This is the time when I usually want to eat. I'm up! Well, that means any time I'm up I want to eat.. yet, not going to. Think I'll make some oj and have that with 1/2 oj, half water.

    So, went waaaay beyond 10,000 steps yesterday. Was at just under 10,700 when I removed Ped at about 2 p.m. or so. Did much of my walking in the mountains, then walked up to the bank and back.

    Did some iron club swinging also.

    Made an interesting smoothie. Since we're going to ...
