  1. Does This Make Sense to You?

    Since I've been really looking at the Fat to Fit program, movement and working/playing with the "Tap Into Your Ideal Weight" program, I've come to realize how "counting calories" really has very little to do with eliminating excess weight.

    Yesterday, I read an online artlcle from Time magazine on "Why Exercise Won't Make You This". Makes total sense to me.

    One statement made in the article is, "... while it's true that exercise burns ...
  2. Fat to Fit walking!

    Got up later than usual; got out later than usual... it's now 1:30 and I've done just over 6000 "conscious" steps. Now, what that means is, I went out and walked and not counting the steps I did before getting out and walking. What I want is/are 10,000 steps BESIDES what I normally do in a day! How's that for focus, determination, commitment? Now, we'll see how committed I am later today when I need to get the other 4000 steps in.

    Hmmm. I think I need to change the settings. ...
  3. Fit OR Fat Leads to Fit

    So, what does that mean? My question, when looking into the fridge continues. In our fridge, we've go a little tray where He keeps His cheese. What's really funny is, I don't even much care for the cheese He likes yet, the monkey mind, instead of hearing "I choose not have that" hear "I can't have that" and of course, it wants it! So, my question when looking into the fridge ~ "Fit or Fat"? Cheese is fattening, not to mention, when I eat it (or bread) for more than ...
