    O.k., finally back and up and at 'em.

    I don't know why but I felt REALLY depleted after getting home Monday afternoon from Raw Spirit Festival (RSF). I relaxed all afternoon, then went to class in the evening. I got through maybe 1/2 of it I felt so depleted. Usually, no matter how tired I am, movement invigorates me. Not this time.

    On Tuesday, I had no desire to get out of bed so, I canceled that evening's interview on Let's Talk Raw and just slept, watched dvd's, read ...

    So far, we found out that the dinette which is supposed to turn into a double bed doesn't so, glad we didn't have 6 people in on it. We've got 4 paid and now another wants to come in. I'm inclined to just leave it as is.

    We just came down the hill to make a food run. Hopefully someone will be willing to come down on Sat. and hit the farmers' market. It is a VERY inconvenient place to have a festival like this. In Sedona there were raw food restaurants, an organic market and choices ...
