  2. The Box...part 3

Scarborough Fair soup...you can google this recipe. i give this a six. a little too salty for my liking and that is the risk you take when you use celery as a main ingredient. if i decide to follow the recipe found online i think i will tone down the celery and up the cocoanut water.

Greek pizza...tasty...salty...i'll give it a 6. the topping for this seems to be olives, onion, peppers, ...not sure what else. i will google this title and see what i come up with.

  3. more BOX reviews

    the broccoli cheese...nasty

the mock chicken salad...a solid 8. not too overwhelming in the onion department but there is a spice used that i am trying to identify. i had it on the celery and then the celery was about all i could taste. they used cashews and tahini and little green flecks of maybe onion and seaweed.

the watercress cucumber soup...a solid 7. a little too salty and heavy on the garlic. it left a little bite in the back of my throat that i liked.

They added some avocado as well and the sauce was a little bland. I did have one of the raisin walnut balls and i'd give it a 10. ...
