    (((HUGS)))!!!

All or nothing when it comes to raw food for me is unrealistic because I know me. Some can do it and that's totally cool. I've done it too many rimes when it comes to a diets in my earlier days, it never did work out for me. Plus when it come to raw food, I omitted the word "diet", because that word has left a bad impression on me and the fact that all the diets I've tried never worked and it's was frustrating to do all the effort and see no results then. That's why I relate to you in some ways, because I've been there too many times!

Raw food really does work and now I just need to get rid of the mentality that exercising is pointless due to many times I have tried on pointless diets seeing no results! It's a work in progress!

And some soul searching I had to do when overcoming obstacles helped me to realized that I had to overcome a lot of negative beliefs I had about me. I had to tell myself that I am worth it! And you are worth it too!!

Whenever you're ready, raw will do all kinds of wonders for you!! :) (((HUGS)))

I hear ya! I always try to go all-or-nothing and it never works for me. So right now, even though my diet is getting better, I am focusing on exercising at least three times a week....

We'll all get there. Breathe and love yourself!! <3

So what that you ate that for breakfast... just forget about it! Just eat raw for lunch and dinner!! Focus on raw, not your slip-ups (it really doesn't deserve any power/energy). This is what I did and just kept going. I don't let it ruin my day and just kept going on raw as best I can that it really gets easier over time.

Making a list of addictions that you know you can let go of and what you'll have a hard time letting go of and think of a sub which is the cheat list( the healthiest version of SAD as it can be).

Here's an example of mine from way back....

Cheese > chocolate or store bought carob raisins
Chips/Snacks > homemade popcorn drizzle w/ coconut oil and sea salt
Sodas > this is raw, fruit smoothies

And yet think of many raw subs as possible for each addictions.

When giving up addictions for me, I could feel that my body struggled with letting go of addictions for the first three months, and it was the same way with giving up meat for the first three months too.

Give yourself a chance and be patience with the process even if you slip-up. Just move on and eat raw!! :)

So really what counts is that you ate 95% raw for the past two days and this morning! That's pretty awesome overall so really you're doing an awesome job! :) And eating plenty of fruits and veggies is what counts!!

    excellent cheat ideas
    ok so I already have
shoya and nutritional yeast as permissable condiments
hmmm need to think up agood vegan emergency cheat item that I can keep handy especially for the days when I am resenting cold food or not filling full
might practice with a hot cocoa option tonight using agave and some green and blacks, won't feel guilty with that and as long a I dont have a processed sugar or starch I hopefully won't open Pandoras box of carb cravings

Need to learn how to make my own warmed over raw green chili salsa..love that with chips

I'm feeling really over dairy thanks to a recent bout of constipation and some scalp issue

I'm also hooked on tofu nuggets no subbing that hmmm

but just giving myself to have an emergency item on hand mkes a lot of sense I might actually give me the advantage I need

    Again thanks

Amytime, I'll be glad to help out whenever you need it!! :)

I fail a thousand times when I first went raw, so for me if I had to not eat raw it was either a bowl of popcorn or a organic chocolate bar or organic blue chips with raw guacamole or few slices of Amy's frozen pizza only for that day. I chose this to be my cheat food (this is all I had on my cheat list and it help through my tough spots) if I felt the urge or when my body freaking out for my former addictions. I figure it was better to choose one of my cheat food for the day rather then to blow the whole thing out of the window and not feel too bad about it. It really is what helped me stay on track, then eventually my body really doesn't like it anymore. That's what works for me! The last time I had a few slices of pizza was for my birthday and it really reminded me that my body really doesn't like it for the next few days! So I'm gonna make raw pizza for my birthday next time!! So over time, my cheat food eventually went away because my body has gotten more and more clean over time that my body is saying yuck to the cheat food list I had. Anyways, I felt that I needed to share this with you!!! :)
