Planning ahead for food is the key when things are more up in the air. Just make sure you bring more than you think you'll eat that way you won't be tempted to eat cooked if you run out and are still hungry! Keep up the good work!

it can be frustrating. i have friends who never ever eat fruits and vegetables, rarely exercise and who are slimmer, look in better shape and have smooth perfect skin while i try so hard and am sensitive to every little health lifestyle change i implement. regardless, take comfort in the fact that you are taking care of yourself and that if you continue to do so you will will be looking and feeling good for a long time.

It's hard eating raw when your partner doesn't... I know that from experience.

Keep your rawesomeness going and don't let him budge you!!

I just started myself and will be hitting day #4. I had a wicked headache and upset stomach yesterday. I know exactly what you mean about the temptations and challenges. People look at me like I am nuts when I tell them what I am doing. I am 5'7" and started the diet at 190 pounds. At age 42, I need to make some seroius decisions. I wish you the best - go for it!
