  1. begin again....

    So, it's been a couple years! This summer I did juice fast a few times, once for 10 days and it was great. Other then that I have been eating vegetarian, mostly home cooked food, but I do like to bake and it shows!

    I am so ready to inprove my health and lose weight!! I'm just done! I feel like I hate food, I get hungry,eat, and then feel icky. I am so sensitive to foods, yet I still go overboard and eat to much!!!

    Truly, I want to do a long juice fast, but I'm not sure ...

  2. Day 23

    Today I ate-

    Smoothie (spinach, kale, banana, blueberry, bee pollen, flax oil)

    Mocha (almond mylk, raw choc, agave, a little coffee)

    too many walnuts

    buckwheat cereal
    almond mylk
    banana

    lg mixed green salad
    zuchini
    2 oranges
    non-raw dressing

    raw cheese
    lara bar
    tea

  3. Day 22

    starting weight 264lbs
    today 253lbs ( -11lbs)

    Today I ate-

    raw pie:)
    (nut crust, cut up fruit & coconut cashew cream)
    coffee

    1 red bell pepper
    1 zuchinni (sp?)
    1/2c sunflower seed/ almond pate
    1 hard boiled egg

    8oz coconut water

    lg mixed green salad
    1/2 avocado
    tahini dressing
    more pie (no 'cream' on top)

  4. Day 19

    Day 19 Raw, and day 4 of 30 day challenge-

    I'm going to try and weigh myself every Sunday instead of every day...

    This is what I ate today-

    8oz apple, cucumber, mint juice
    8oz green juice
    tea

    Smoothie- almond milk, cashew butter, banana, blackberry, agave
    lara bar
    1 hard boiled egg

    1sm. raw choc. haystack

    Lg mixed greens salad W/veggies
    tahini style dressing

  5. Day 16

    start weight-264lbs
    today-256lbs

    I joined the 30 day raw challenge. I think I could really use the support. I don't know anyone in person who eats raw. I really want to keep this up and fine tune it. I think I should write up a basic meal plan and starting next month I have to make it fit into our budget. At this point I'm just focusing on eating raw, not so much on quanity and cost. I think I can make it work & especially in the summer. We have a large garden and fruit ...
