  1. Training Day 52

    Happy Sunday, everybody!

    This morning I woke up at 3am again and had a really hard time getting back to sleep. It's been happening a LOT over the last week or so and it's getting REALLY old. There for awhile I was waking up at 3am really refreshed and like I had slept a full 8 hrs. but this is different. I'm waking up with a headache and I'm exhausted. Not sure what the deal is but I'm ready for it to be over.

  2. Training Day 51

    Saturday 8/15

    Today (Saturday) was kind of a bust. We got up and I had planned to take DS10 into the city to the zoo and maybe a sports museum. Unfortunately, thinking that DH had been there before I didn't print out directions so we hit the wrong exit and never made it. I was pretty bummed. Instead we ended up coming home; the guys worked in the yard, I did a little indoor work, read on the porch and then watched a Swahili movie while riding the bike.

  3. Training Day 50

    Acck... I've been starting posts in the morning with my daily food and exercise but then forgetting to actually take them from draft to full-on blog post.

    I've been doing really well though; all raw all the time baby!

  4. Training Day 49

    Last night was hard but I persevered and am proud of myself for doing so.

    Today I'm making some more Cheezy Rice but I changed it up a bit. The first time I made it a week or two ago and it was okay but not spectacular. This week I made it again after the casserole recipe was posted and again, it was good but not great. Both times I used cucumber for the rice, which I'm thinking is part of the problem. I really like cucumber rice but for some reason in this recipe it sort of fades ...

    Oy, tonight has been HARD!!!!!

    Breakfast! That was always my favorite meal of the day. (If talking about non-raw foods will be a temptation for you you might want to skip this part) Fried potatoes, waffles, pancakes, biscuits, gravy... I could have lived on breakfast foods alone and been happy as a clam (and fat as a cow too) all the days of my life.
