  1. Working Out: A Challenge!

    I love to work out. No, really... I LOVE to work out! In my basement I have a huge dual station weight machine, Ab Lounge, treadmill, rebounder, heavy bag and all sorts of weights and kettlebells. I. LOVE. My Workout Room.   3. Drive-by hello...

    After spending the morning working in the infant room at church I. Am. Exhausted. As I came in the door I found myself rummaging around in the pantry and fridge ready to eat whatever jumped out at me. Tired and hungry are just not a good combination.     Yesterday seems to have been the apex of this emotional roller coaster I'm on, at least I hope it was.   5. Please stop the ride, I wanna get off!

    I am an absolute, utter, complete hot mess of emotional detox right now. It's all coming at me in one big tsunami wave and I feel like I might drown at any moment. The weight of it all is so oppressive I can hardly breathe sometimes.

    This is the first time in 8 days that I have felt like binging on everything in sight. I haven't caved but man has it been a struggle. I feel like a crack addict jonesing for my next fix.
