    Ok, today has been totally weird and wonderful, not at all raw the way I would like, but not a lot of food period.

    Breakfast: two donuts
    1 cup of coffee
    Lunch: one banana
    one orange
    Dinner: Mixed veggies and sour cream (for dip)

  2. Day Two of the New Year

    I've discovered what works me...and really well I might add. If I eat raw all the time...except when the family eats together...it's easy.

    My family has always hated me eating something raw when they are eating with me. For a long time, I really just thought of myself and what I want...thinking they would come around.   4. Food Thoughts for Wednesday

    Good Morning Ya'll! :)
    I didn't stick to the dinner plan yesterday, but everything else I did! I feel very good about it too.

    Today, I'm not setting any goals. I'm simply eating and hoping for the best. Breakfast: one banana, orange and a bunch of red grapes.
    Lunch: romaine lettuce leaves stuffed with red and green peppers, mushrooms, salsa and just a couple pinches of shredded cheese and two tsp of sour cream
    2 chocolate rice cakes
    Dinner: raw

  5. Tuesday...and more

    This morning I reread yesterday's goals and realized, I didn't quite make them all. I tried. It was just one of those stressful days that last 14 hours, no breaks and simple raw just didn't cut it. I did eat a raw breakfast, followed by a scone. oops.
    A whole plate of raw veggies with dip...and a grilled sandwich.
